Time and space for what matters most to you
I take a warm, collaborative & non-judgmental approach in our work together; offering you time and space to express what’s most important to you.
A complimentary 30 minute introductory meeting online gives us the opportunity to see if working together is a good fit.
Where possible, I aim to offer appointments within the same week of enquiry.
Sessions are £60 per hour.
I work in rooms based in Stratford-upon-Avon, Leamington Spa, and Broadway, and nationally via my online clinic on VSee.
About me
Doing the inside work
I love working with people and always have. In my previous career my role was about helping people feel good about themselves externally, and now I work with people doing the inside work.
After gaining my qualification in Person-centred Counselling & Psychotherapy in 2019, I opened the doors to my private practice. It’s been my privilege to observe the change in clients through the course of our work. Prior to that I worked in agencies and the charitable sector.
Most of the time, the problem that brings a person to therapy is rarely the content of our work. A lot of the recovery is in healing emotional injury — often, but not always, due to experiences in their formative years. I enable clients to become their own biggest supporter, as opposed to their worst critic.
Once people recognise the origins of ideas they have about themselves, there is a choice: do they hold onto those ideas, or do they move forward based on their values and not the approval of others.
